Canada; - Yurtco was proud to support the 60th annual Hands Across
the Border event held at the Peace Arch borders crossing on June
9th, 2002.
Yurts were
used by V.I.P.'s for meetings throughout the daylong event. Scouts
and guides from Canada and the US meet each year to celebrate
and re-dedicate the Peace Arch and surrounding park. Over 10,000
people attended and paraded through the Peace Arch Monument.
